Even in today's economy, documenting life is still so important! Images created now, for ourselves AND for our clients, is all we'll have to look back on when remembering this strange and unprecedented time.
Now you can use the new invoice installment update in Instaproofs when booking new clients to make session fees a little more manageable and to get back to filling your calendar!
Here's How It Works:
• CREATE A NEW INVOICE through the Selling » Invoices page.
• Provide the full invoice total, the final due date, and the number of installments you'd like to split the invoice into.
And that's it...our system can take it from there! Your clients will receive automated reminders for their installment payments, and you'll receive a notification every time a payment is made.
But wait, there's more! If you want to customize things a bit, you can override any of the suggested installment payment amounts, any of the installment due dates, any of the email reminder dates, and any of the specific email templates used for the reminders.
But you wanna know the best part?? If you're currently paying for a 3rd party invoice service provider, you can now cancel that service and save yourself some $.
