Introducing: New Help System

A new help system as been created and automatically applied to your galleries! Now, in order to provide your gallery visitors with a little bit of a walk-through, a help system is in place, showing them where to find (and how to use) some of the available functionality.

Why does this matter? Your clients are going to have an even easier time navigating their galleries, accessing their photos, and making purchases. An easy viewing and shopping experience yields excellent returns for YOUR bottom line!

How does this work? The first time someone signs into a gallery, they’ll automatically be shown where the new help icon is, where the full gallery download button is (if applicable), descriptions of important icons, products offered within the gallery, and more. After this initial walk-through, the help icon will always be available.

It’ll be as if you’re right there beside your client, helping them along. The help icon helps clients understand how to hide and unhide images (if they have that permission), helps them keep count of the number of free image downloads they have remaining (if applicable), and provides assistance on any page, any time.

What does this cost? ..well, nothing. Nothing more, at least. What do you need to do to activate this feature? …well, nothing. It’s rolling already!
