Free Plan Upgrades
Starter, Basic, Pro, and Studio plans are all eligible for a free upgrade! You need more storage, and we’ve got it for you.
This applies to ALL accounts on an eligible plan created before January 14, 2022. Accounts created on or after January 14, 2022, are already on the new plans!

The free changes for Starter, Basic, Pro, and Studio plans are as follows:
Starter 3GB can now be upgraded to Starter 15GB. The gallery count limit has also been lifted from this plan.
Basic 50GB can now be upgraded to Creative 75GB. The gallery count limit has also been lifted from this plan.
Pro 250GB (our most popular plan) can now be upgraded to Pro 300GB.
Studio 500GB can now be upgraded to Studio 600GB.
These upgrades are available at no additional charge—all you have to do is sign into your account and select your new plan!
Take one minute to upgrade your account (we timed ourselves, and it only took 29 seconds…so 60 seconds seems like a pretty reasonable amount of time to budget).
→ In the dropdown menu, notice that each plan seems to be listed twice (the old version and the new version). Select the new version (more storage) of your current plan.
→ Save Subscription Changes. You’re done!
As a side note, this is also the process for upgrading your account at any point in time. If you’d like to change plans, simply select the new plan you’d like to use. Any price changes for changing plan types will be made clear.
