Adding Non-Standard Products to Your Galleries

To set up, start at your Dashboard > Selling > Purchase Options.
From here, you can Create New Purchase Options, or Import Options From Lab. For this tutorial, click Import Options from Lab.
Select the Lab and Product you’d like to offer. Then continue navigating through the products, selecting all the options you’d like to include. (Hint: click the “expand” button next to each option to view details on the lab’s website)
Select the Group you’d like to organize this purchase option into (this effects the organization of purchase options when clients are making choices in their gallery). You can choose to enable Auto-set Pricing at this point if you’d like.
Import the products.
If you did not select Auto-set pricing, go to your Dashboard, go to Selling > Prices, Shipping, Tax > Pricing Sheets. Select the pricing sheet you added this product , scroll to find the product, and edit pricing. Be sure to save!

That’s it! Repeat for any other labs and/or products you’d like to offer.

Don’t forget to use our Bulk Email tool to let clients know what new purchasing options just showed up in their galleries!

Tip: Try enabling an expired gallery! Send that client a link with a message that says, “Surprise! We’ve added a few beautiful product options, and we don’t want you to miss the opportunity to have these beautiful products in your home or under your tree. We’ve reactivated your gallery for the next 10 days; go take a look!”
